You'll need to download switch toolbox from GitHub https://github.com/KillzXGaming/Switch-Toolbox/releases/tag/EXPERIMENTAL_LATEST. Next, you'll need to legally acquire a ROM of Punch-Out!! Wii. I won't say how to get it, just get it. After, download Dolphin. When in Dolphin, right-click on Punch-Out!! Wii, and go to Properties. Then click on Filesystem, and extract Partition 1. Open Switch Toolbox and go to the Punch-Out Wii files. Go to art\characters\ then click on any file that has a .dict file name. After clicking on the folder on the right-hand side of switch toolbox, click models, then click on the character file name (i.e. aranryan\aranryan or something like that) right-click on aranryan\aranryan and click export. Export it to where you want, and it should be exported as a .dae. Open it in a 3D modeling software, and there you have it! You can do the same for textures, but you'll have to do it one by one. The textures will be by default saved as a .dds, so save it as a .png.
