	Fun fact: the (fix) variant refers to the the fact that the devs... messed up the texture on this part of the back accessory Original Fix Just shows how hard a studio a fall off even after some pretty good Cars games

	The left model appears to be new, while the right model (used in the slide sections before a level) appears to be re-used from Attack of the Toybots, but with a gadget and a..... tongue. I'm willing to bet that they had used the AOTTB model early on while they had already made the gadget, and then made a new model for him, but forgot to use it for the model used during the slide sections.
