Anybody else noticed how this costume's proportions are different from Mandy's regular model? This is because this was taken from a beta model of her, which had a wider torso. It can be seen in a IGN trailer for the game.

For future reference: I didn't rip Cheshire/Charles since there were a bunch of missing textures when I exported them. But, if you want to rip them yourself, you can do that by extracting pl_000.pkz with https://gamebanana.com/tools/11041 and then loading the .dtt files with https://github.com/cabalex/AstralChain2Blender (This process is similar for nearly every model in the game). The files for Cheshire/Charles seem to mostly have 'f' somewhere in the name (e.g. The Cheshire doll is plfa00.dtt), but there are exceptions (e.g. The Charles doll is pl100a.dtt).
You can also use https://cabalex.github.io/platinum-extractor/ and https://cabalex.github.io/astral-extractor/ to extract files, but you'll want to extract the pkz files with the gamebanana script because it results in less faulty .dat/.dtt files.

It's a recompilation of Sonic 1 that separates the different sprite layers into their own planes in a 3D space so that there's a pronounced pop-out effect when played in 3D mode. Think something like cardboard cutouts on a stage to make a background.

@VibeCat Technically speaking, yeah. I don't know what you're using, but in Blender it's pretty easy. You just need to combine a couple of the vertex groups on the Splat2 gear and rename them to their equivalent on the Splat3 model. But you can align and attach them the same way as in the tutorial that's linked here somewhere.
It isn't perfect(I've been having issues with the Agent 8 gear, for instance), but it's good enough for posing and what-not.
Also, editing to add: the Splat2 models are sized a little differently than the Splat3 ones. Again, this might only apply to Blender, but I've found if you size the Splat3 model to 1(because they import at 0.025), then sizing the Splat2 model to 0.125 gets them to fit relatively well.
