The game uses billboards for black holes, lens flares, and particles. I think these were general character tests, though. BillBoarder has 50 whole animations suitable for an action game character! |

Curious. This seems to be a test of billboard sprites but did they ever end up using billboards in Galaxy? I know SM64 used a lot of them |
