https://www.vg-resource.com/user-50629.html in the dc version at least, each little section of the model has a specific point at which it rotates. animations are like big long lists of rotations for each of these points that play back. not sure how dx does it, though.

I wonder if SADX or SADC uses vertex animations or they use armature.
I am really curious about that but something tells me it's vertex animations due to the way models' parts move.

Never liked the model. Sonic looks really bloated and disporportionate. I missed how SA1 on dreamcast maked the transition from short pudgy to lanky and lean be a bit more gradual, but this model doesnt really do that.
