	@shadowman44 While I believed he was some original character created by Smart Bomb Interactive/WildWorks, I remember reading somewhere in Twitter, that someone said he's probably a scrapped character from the cancelled sequel for Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness, who was repurposed for this game instead. I have a theory, that he may have been a character for Pac-Man Adventures as well, but the theory of Pac-Devil originally coming from Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness 2 seems more plausible...

	Why they came up with this character specifically for a racing game I don't know, he looks like a rejected character out of Pac-Man World.
