You don't need to unlock all characters in game, but you need to unlock a game disk (a.k.a extract a Wii U game disk) to get a models. This requirement: your computer, your internet, a tools you download from internet, Google etc.

Waluigi		 This is fantastic, uploaded at a very convenient time, too! I really love the model. It looks nice, is rigged well, is very clean and organised, and it's overall pretty damn good for being ripped straight out of a game.

Azure Flame Kite		 I used JPCSP to dump the model. Then I used 3ds Max to properly t-pose the dump. Photofiltre was used to restore the alpha-transparency for the flames.
