Hi! Kiosk restoration dude here. We have yet to check over this model, but it may be one in the same now. Kiosk has that DKTV demo, albit, in a broken state, but the model may still have the animations you say it does!

A model almost exactly like this was used in pre-release footage of DK64. It was animated, almost like the logo on SM64. (Sorry for the horrible camcorder quality. This wasn't in my control, as it's the only video of the logo I could find)
I may try to make a HD recreation of the logo animation using this model.
