That's probably due to how starfy doesnt use 3D the same way as something like 2.5D games do. The arena you fight King Ping in has virtualy no 3d objects minus the flat water textures in the BG so its not suprising theyd put a lot of detail in, still why only this guy and Mashtooth are 3D is kinda beyond me since the rest are sprite based

@McBragginsGamingYT it's not, 4 has been here for a while, it's just under the S page on PS2 section 'cause it's known as "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4." Persona 3 Portable is the same under PSP, though the models are lower poly, and Persona Q and Q2 are both also under the 3ds section.
