It doesn't matter if it's good, because it's no longer playable. It required an Internet connection, and the servers were taken down in October. It was meant to promote the eighteenth movie. It was okay. Not much of a challenge at all, but it was decent for what essentially amounted as an advertisement. You started with one Pokémon and had to unlock the rest, and some were only unlockable via password. So, it had the "Gotta Catch 'Em All" spirit and there was some depth to it. |

I think the main idea was something like the expanded Emerald Coast from Sonic Adventure Generations, or original levels like Titanic Timber. |

As long as you have explicit permission from the creator, yes, that is fine. Of course, if the model is something ported from a different Sonic game with almost no changes, it would be better to try and get a hold of original source model instead. |

It's just a simulated glow on the texture itself, I'm pretty sure the battle model has masking textures to allow better control of what is glowing and what isn't. |
