This bad boi right there was a pain to get, for I had to create materials that were not using custom shaders and then attach said materials onto the model itself before using Godot's gltf exporter, else most textures would not come out.

Only then the easy part was left, which was importing the gltf into blender, get the textures onto the model itself, make sure armature was correct then export into fbx/collada files.
