	The Miis, Xbox Avatars and Banjo-Kazooie are actually in the PC version (and presumably in the other versions too), they're just unplayable without hacking. This can be seen with the PC version, where with a little editing to the Base.xpac file, you can replace a character from a mission to play as these characters. The Miis are headless and the Avatars are just a pink texture, most likely due to them not having the required customisable character data from the Wii/Xbox 360.
