	Yeah, the HEV Suit here is part of the Gordon Freeman model used to create the promotional art for HL2, with a new UV map and posed, the leaked model sources has version 1 nodes 0 "Gordon" -1 end in the SMD for it. the version used for the HL2 Boxart was included in the HL2 2003 leak almost intact.
