	@AeolusKnight-He actually is foreshadowed. The report Rouge pulls up is about him and his picture is shown right on the screen and then she flaunts the report to Shadow and we get to see him again. The first half of Gerald's manifesto in the final story and in fact the entire conflict of SA2 is explicitly about the fallout from the Biolizard going on a rampage. Admittedly, you do have to be paying close attention to the story to pick up on it ahead of time, but it's always been there. And him being able to powerbottom the ARK does still come out of nowhere.
