Can someone explain to me how I can fix the textures of the Nintendo DS models?

Also note, in the readme.txt file that is present in the model ".zip" download, there are helpful links that explain how to properly import these models into your 3d editor of choice. Here's a quote:

For more info on how to properly import these models into your 3D program, check out:

@Qw2 Thank you for all the helpful instructions! Tetra looks normal now!

@viddygamer For the mouth you will probably have to move the UV manually in the UV editor like so: https://imgur.com/nUs4hQV
For the misaligned colors setting the uv mapping for materials mt_tetra_mayuL/mt_tetra_mayuR to Mirror fixed the issue for me.
Also you may already be aware, but to set up the alpha for the eyes, connect the Alpha output from the Image node to the Alpha input of the Principled BDSF, and then in the materials panel on the side, set Blend Mode to anything but Opaque.

@Qw2 Thank you so much for the comment! I was finally able to fix her model so that she looks way more normal now. There are still some mapping issues like how her mouth isn't properly mirrored and how there are colors still a bit misaligned:

I tried mirroring the mouth in shader editor, but it's flipping horizontally and vertically, which makes it look like this:

Do you have an idea as to what I should do? Thank you again for answering my previous question

@viddygamer Looks like this model uses Mirror UV mapping. I'm not sure how you do that in Maya, but in blender you can change the mapping of the Image Node in the Shader Editor https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/render/shader_nodes/textures/image.html

Is it normal that Tetra's model looks like this when I open her in Maya and Blender?
