No, I didn't think to screenshot the tweet or save the pictures at the time because I was searching for materials about the canceled sequel that was in the planning stage at the same time as Tekken was being developed and stumbled upon it then.
They didn't show the means to activate the easter egg, but they did display screen captures of the menu with Uketsuke Komachi (the robot receptionist) first then the menu with Momo. Sorry if this didn't help much, but could you also provide the link to that archive you mentioned?

@luigifan1 @blobbychizz I recently downloaded this and opened it in blender to mess around with. There are several layers that I believe are used for equipment that overlays over the base model. I'm not experienced enough to know how to use them, but if you want to use just Steve underneath you can make the other layers invisible or delete them.
