There's Koopa Troopas as enemies in specific missions on Bob-Omb Battlefield and Tiny-Huge Island which are NOT Koopa the Quick You jump on top of it and you can ride it's shell If this doesn't convince you there is LITERALLY A MISSION in Snowman's Land called "Shell Shreddin' for Red Coins" |
