@Disidi You're welcome, and I see what I can do too. I think it'll take very long to rip the villagers + to fix their textures so you can use them properly. I think it will not take that long if I won't fix the textures.

The Models for the Game are Hard to Acquire but Easy to Rip With rigging even because you can only Rip what you have in-Game. and only on the Android Version as far as i know.

The alpha of the normal map looks like an AO map. Very noticeable on Clouds Advent Children skin because of the shadows cast from his belts.

I have no clue where the Specular is.

Okay, I might have an idea on how you can get to the files in 2.0 and 3.0. I suspect they're in the exe file. You could use 7zip to open it as an archive.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
If you take the normal maps from a fighter, and split the RGB and Alpha channels, you get a regular normal map, including a specular map. The devs place the specular inside the alpha of the normal map for 2 reasons; to save space, and because normal maps only need 3 channels: Red, Green, and Blue, while a specular map only needs a single channel. You can split the channels using Photoshop, Peardian's TextureRemix (requires Java), or my Python tool I posted a while back that does it automatically.

That sounds like a material setting in your program. Try checking settings like specular/luminance/emissions/reflection to see if any of them are turned on.
