So! Update time for Tropical Freeze model followers. I'm going to hold off posting more TF models. Parax is currently trying to figure out bones, rigging and skinning. IF he is able to crack those files, I will update these with rigged FBX versions added. Otherwise, I'll continue as normal! |

@Daytin13 I know I'm really late on this but if you're still having trouble rendering the model in Blender with the textures all you have to do is follow these steps: *UPDATED* 1. You have to extract the folder from the .zip file. 2. Then you can open the model by double-clicking the file with the blender icon. 3. The window will open with a cube, but all you have to do is delete the cube by right-clicking it and pressing the delete button, and then follow the next step. 4. Go to file -> Import -> .dae (if the file is a .dae, which I'm assuming it is. If it's an .obj file, then import .obj) 5. By now the model should be in the 3D View window.. At the bottom of the 3D View window, click on the icon that looks like a circle in a box, and click "Material", which will show the model with textures. 6. Right-click the lamp, make it a Hemi, and turn off specular. This will give you the best view of the model. You can adjust any of these lighting settings later if you decide to use the model for something. Hope this helps! |

The only thing I hate about N64 models is that you can clearly tell where two or more meshes were brought together to create the models. Like you can see that Dorrie's neck is made of two separate sections instead of one, (in game) you can tell that Peach's dress is two separate meshes, the arms/legs of the different characters are made of 2 or more meshes... I mean I realize that the N64 had it limitations but good grief. |

I attempted to rip the Beach level, but it'll take too long to add textures and remove unnecessary stuff, so I've felt like giving up on it. I also attempted Todd, but his textures are too messed up to fix properly. What a shame. |
