These textures/Materials Work as cubemaps.
So the object is Just a Window to Look around inside that Texture If IT makes sense.

I Set the Texture coordinate Input to "reflection" and the "linear" setting in the Texture to "spherical"

That habe me the Output you See in the Preview Images

oh yeah I saw them, you really did a good job on those. I do have a problem with the reflective textures when I load the trucks on blender tho, is it normal ?

it was like a challenge for me...i wanted these trucks chilling 1:1 in my blendfile so bad, that i finally found a way haha
make sure to check out the ps2 version aswell! I got almost every character there.
