	Late, but it's because the characters use blendshapes in a custom format (.bshp), I can't find any tools that support the format.

	If anyone wants to rip models from Detective Pikachu. I suggest ripping the models from the sequel Detective Pikachu Returns when it comes out. The model format and the model ripping tool for Switch will be easier than Detective Pikachu. For Detective Pikachu however, I suggest ripping props and objects.

	Bruh, I ripped the Pikachu in hopes of uploading it but face simply was weighted to "Pikachu" bone and none of the children bone of the head bone (y'know jaw bone, tongue bones etc.) was weighted. Hmmpfs.

	I believe they did, if you already made the models but don't want to create new ones. Just reuse them for other projects. Other than the humans, Pikachu, and various stuff in the game, most of the stuff is reused. (Some of the models I am aware are missing on there)

	Also the model format of the game is .bch so they are easy to rip using SPICA.

	You know, Nintendo should have released this on the Nintendo Switch considering that they released the Switch a year before this game and the 3DS lost popularity as many people moved on to the new console. (The original Japanese version was released in 2016 in which would be a good release when they didn't make a new console, but a year after they made a new console. So they could have released a Switch version somehow)

	so I have access to the models of this game. how do I get them ripped in a way that they can be approved here.

	I need to go through the files again. I also uploaded Baker but apparently i forgot to double check it and it had an export error so it got declined.
